its good. u get a sense of a thrill as eveything happens so quickly. u need a lot of skill for this one. i think its one of the good maps of counter strike. |

This map is much too one-sided and is going to be boring after 10 Minutes at best...
For it's original and it looks quite nice remembering me well of a pool, it is still playable |

Superb fun for close range death matches. Only jibe is you can see opposing teams in some locations at the start. |

Very nice map. Just wanna say one thing, not sure if it's been mentioned here, cuz I dont have the patience to read all the reviews. Anyways, there's a tricky thing in this map, that's my fav part. If you go downstairs, there's a locker on one of the sides, you can open the locker to get all the weapons. Thought most of yall already knew it, just trying to tell some ppl who dont know this. Then it could be more fun. |

I esp like the bit where you can carry eight primary weapons at once. For those who havent found this, press the use key on one of the corner lockers in the underground section. Sweet. |

first of all i started mapping my self so i was wondering what makes a map popular. by taking a close look at poolparty i realized, the biggest factor is the textures and the light. the map looks real beautifull. i gave layout 1 because the r_speeds are horrible, i had maxes of 970 wpolys and gl_wireframe showed that pretty much the entire map was calculated by the game engine at any point. the map is average in originality, i see the crappers, the granade-pop-machines, maybe the radio. i didnt play the map online yet but it has to be alot of fun. |

Yet another great map by Squall, my map lord and master. This map is very small and simple, but it only takes afew seconds for the fun (And chaos) to begin. Basically, weapons are laid out on the ground, you pick one up and it's go time. This map is definetly NOT for campers. They get killed very easily due to smallness. Of course, there are bathroom stalls to hide in, but when you're in one, it makes either a crapping sound or a flushing sound, so it won't take long for the opposing team to find you. Don't forget to slide down that water slide into the grenade pool, either. Happy Poolings. |

Another great map done by Squall. This map is the sequel to fy_pool_day. Although it's not as crazy as fy_pool_day this map is very fun. Squall added a slide to the pool which will fling u into the water where the nades are. The textures to this map look great and the layout is awesome. Overall this is one the of best maps I've played. |

This map is cool! It will give real feeling of close combat around water pools. Just pick up a weapon and run around to find your opponents to get frags. The rounds are quick but full of action. The look of the map is very good for being aim map. I had lots of fun in this map and love the bloody bath it gives. =) |
