Squall is a brainy guy creating maps. But I have 1 question. Why does .-/* NOBODY *\-. put WayPoints on new maps???????? When we are alone in cyber-cafes we wanna create a BOT game. And we .-/* CAN'T *\-. !!!! Does someone know what's a waypoint? It is a little bar that gets out from the floor and lets us create BOTS :-P Please put these, I'm .-/* DYING *\-. only for it!!!!!!!!!! The most known maps here (in Argentina) are FY_POOL_DAY and FY_ICEWORLD. Try to create better ones, man!! |

N00bcannon is probably the most sought-after weapon in this map but rifles/mp5's aren't bad either.
It is not advised to throw grenades at any place other than the two flanks, when throwing, orient yourself 45 degrees to the horizontal and throw with maximum force, do this with three or four buddies and the message "you have sent an explosive gift to xxxxxx" will show ;-)
All out best FY map, the only shame is too few servers host it (as of April 2004) |

This is a very nice map, especially if you want a break from normal CS. Because the whole map is so small, and you can fire through all walls, the rounds only last about 30 seconds. No waiting means more fun, right? This does take skill, just different skill. Learn to love it! |

I love to play this map. This is quite potentially one of my top favorite maps, however for server side, it runs a bit rough with many people connected. With many people, killing each other, firing, and even moving cuts the throughput greatly. The lowest I have tried this map on is FreeBSD 64MB RAM, 233MHZ, with six players at once. It had a small lag problem after all of the six players joined. I suggest running this map on a higher class server (with FreeBSD). God bless FreeBSD. |

this is well one of my favourte maps and is not only origanl it is also very fun and enjoyable you can play it for hours without getting bored. i belive that the only thing wrong is the waypoints. they dont start to about 10 secs later. if every map was like this there would be no need for anymore maps |

This is a great map if you want to kick back, throw all tactics out of the window and give the grey matter a rest. Also good if you're an adrenaline junkie.
Look-This map looks like it should in real life, very nice looking.
Layout-There are very few and obvious cover area, so maps get bloody very often. Surviving in this map takes more luck than skill, but that is the very purpose of this map.
Originality-While the idea of small maps aren't new, it is a very unique idea, using a pool.

Great map!! a must if u need to practice your quick aiming. and there's a couple of nice places to camp. My overall favourite weapons is UZIs. Massiver around those tight corners. And planting the bomb at the divingboard.. Genious.. Two thumbs up

This is pretty fun. After all, you can buy stuff on the diving board. You could probably buy a better pistol with that money. Or the Sig 550. Over all I think this is a real good map. Kinda small though. Keep it coming squall.

The problem I have with this map is that there is no balance or strategy.
Noobcannons delight in running around and shooting blindly, awp's randomly shoot walls in the hopes of an instant kill, riflemen shoot walls in the hopes that someone gets shot. Oh, and campers always seem to find the toilet or the benches... but it doesn't matter.. someone will shoot the doors or the area without checking it.
Buy area? Hell, there are anthills that are larger than the buy area on this map.

This is the sister map to iceworld, want to cause a nervous breakdown, play this and iceworld for a couple of hours... People say this map that doesn't require skill, that's bs. On this map you will learn to be very quick, with an awp, an ak, whatever. It will help u on other maps and in scrims... Good fast paced maps, so what u got shot through a wall, u should of moved out of the way. Play this map with 24 ppl, u'll get quick. |

I think this map duznt really have any skill required. Becuase sometimes people just jumps out any shoot throught wall n then u die cuz u stand next to it. |

At first this map seemed fun, but it did become boring quickly. This map might be better if the weapons were placed neatlier and out of the way, or the center pool was a lot larger, perhaps with lanes or something. This map is probably worth downloading if you dont have anything better to do. |

This map is very basic aim practise map and it becomes boring very fast. A fight around small pool and shooting through walls without limits will carantee frags. Somestimes you don't even know where the hits come from. It's just pure luck if you survive. Skills do matter in this map. |
